Guava aren't toxic to cats, but they have a high amount of sugar, and therefore, should only be given to cats in moderation. Additionally, guava seeds can be a choking hazard and should never be given to cats. Cats can eat bite-size pieces of guava fruit flesh, without the seeds or the outer peel.
